This may sound out of left field, but Anne makes something similar that is served over rice, and we like pairing an inexpensive Spanish Cava with it (I have the dish vegetarian, and she has it with the seafood). Something like Cristalino works great, especially the Rose Brut, which actually has a faint touch of sweetness, despite it supposedly being dry. Gruet's Rose would probably work, too.
