Thanks, guys. Yeah, we're right smack in the middle of the downtown area, just SE of the Capitol and between the zoo and Turner Field (we can hear the crowd from the back porch, and the HR fireworks always frighten the dogs, so every Braves HR is both celebrated and cursed). Not much actual damage to the S of I 20 (the main E-W interstate that runs through downtown Atlanta), but there seems to be debris strewn everywhere -- insulation in the trees, signage, shingles, etc.

The weird thing is the timing when it hit the GA Dome -- if that Alabama player hadn't hit that last second 3 to send the game to OT, all of those fans would have been spilling out onto the streets outside just as it was hitting. So, I'll no longer believe it when my wife says sports aren't life and death!
