Ah yes. I used to disagree regularly with Randy... [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img] But I do agree that there are many ways to enjoy wine with food--preference is subjective, which is why it is rather staid for any one of us to tell others what is, rather than to enlighten to what is possible.
