Dan Berger has a two page cover story in his newsletter out today (6/15/06) on the new New York Wine & Culinary Center. No mention of our man Thomas (Foodie), but an excellent article otherwise. Apparently a lot of careful planning went into this operation which has a lot of potential to promote NYS wines.

He doesn't review any of local wines, but has a review on an American AVA Riesling made in California with Anthony Road grapes shipped out there by AR owner John Marini, who some of us met during our Finger Lakes get together. I am going to try to get Dan up there to do some serious wine tasting.
