2008 Muga Rioja Rose' (Spain)

Paired that beauty last weekend with a pasta salad.

16 oz rotini (ziti, penne, whatever)
1/2 cup EVOO
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup julienned fresh basil leaves
3 cups chopped Roma tomatoes
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
salt and pepper

Boil the pasta (basically any short shape), drain, toss with EVOO.
Add everything else and toss.

Amounts are sort of approximate. I don't really have definite recipes - it's basically stuff added to taste. If this doesn't work, adjust to taste.

Regardless, this wine went really well with the pasta salad.
