I'd be willing to bet that the distributor did not have it shipped overnight air to avoid the possible freezing temperatures.

Just my guess. But the bottle of 1999 Cline ZIN that I had was good stuff. I can't wait to taste their greatly more expensive bottle of 1998 Reserve Zin.
