Hi Valandil, and welcome to the Wine Board. You do not mention whether there will be some wine sipping prior to the eating. Regardless you should have both red and white wine for two reasons. First, that will be the preference of some of your guests. Second, white would go with the seafood, and red would go with the lamb.

Recommend a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc such as Villa Maria ($12 U.S.) and an Australian Shiraz such as Black Opel ($13 U.S.). If you know for an absolute fact that a number of your guests are die hard chardonnay fans, make that half of the white wine.
