I may be off, but when looking at that menu I would serve a German Riesling at the Kabinett Level, or a crisp low end white burgundy with little to no oak.

JL Wolf, Villa Wolf or Dr. Loosen should work for the riesling.

For the burg, look for any of the inexpensive macon wines or a chablis by Laurent Tribut. Or the Louis Latour Montagny 1er cru La Grande Roche.

For a red, I would go with a beaujolais or a cote du rhone (then again I will always go with a rhone red). Look for ones in your price range imported by Kermit Lynch. They should be readily available in your neck of the woods.
