yum Foodie! An easy way to contain these antipasto ideas is to get a nice loaf of crusty bread slice in half lengthwise, add a simple balsamic vinaigrette, and your meats and chesses. Prepare it the day before, tightly wrap in plastic, and compress with a heavy weight. Then all you have to do is slice and enjoy! This idea has been used by Julia, Martha and others and really works out well. You don't have to lug lots of containers unless you want to. Have fun Georgie, I am jealous.
