Hello Kate. I've got two to suggest, provided they are available over there and your budget allows - Coudoulet de Beaucastel Cotes du Rhone 2000 and Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape 2000. They are both excellent, the latter being the better of the two. There are also reds of these so make sure you stress 'white' when you order. If you are able to go ahead with them I would like to make another suggestion. Buy an extra one or two bottles for yourself and lay them away for say another 6 years. If you do I am sure you will have kind thoughts of me when you open them. I can't readily put my hand on my notes regarding grape varieties used, but if you need them I will search more thoroughly for you. T.
