A good French Champagne might be in order.

Or for that matter you could try a Gewertz or a Riesling.

Or you could go with a Sauterne.

I would tend to go for opposing tastes rather than matching. If the tarts are sweet, go with a dryer wine whatever the choice as long as the wine is also light and crisp. If the tarts are tart, then head toward the sweeter wines amongst my generic suggestions but you still want crisp and light.

One champagne that I especially like is 1990 Perrier-Jouet Fleur De Champagne. Although I've not tasted it yet, I'd bet that the NV Veuve Clicquot would also do nicely. Another that I have tried and liked is De Venoge Champagne, Grand Vin Des Princes, Brut.

For specific Gewurtz and Riesling selections you'll have to rely on other sources since my experience in that area is limited.
