I agree with WW, great place to start. Pickle a few for later use. Great with grinders.

Saute some with onions, sausages and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over white rice or in a grinder.

Try stuffed. Several different ways. Sausage, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, parmesan cheese, mozarella. Bake at 350*. Serve with marinara sauce.

Also try stuffed with rice, onions, red peppers, garlic, hamburger or ground sausage. Whatever cheese you like.

I seem to remember my grandmother adding them to chicken caccitore(sp).
