Opened this one up this evening. Deep clear magenta. Pleasant Rhone-style nose with the candied element WW mentoined, and decent acidity--my experience was a bit less enthusiastic than WW's, but maybe my taste buds are still clamoring for those Napa jewels I just left.

Still, at $7.49, no regrets, and great P/Q; but for an everyday-type drinker--and I know this is an apples-to-oranges comparison--for an extra $2.50 I'll take the 97 Burgess zin.
