I'm not familiar with the reds, but you should ask for the lightest one. You should also offer a white. An off dry riesling would work fine. You have many good Canadian choices from Ontario and B.C. If you caterer is hard on European wine, have him get a German Riesling Statlese.

If you desire some walking around wine, the red and white for dinner could work, but would be expensive. A shiraz and a chardonnay from Australia in the $18 Canadian price range have proved to be the most popular with a crowd.
