More questions about wine for weddings....

Hi everyone,
My wedding is coming up, and the caterer just e-mailed me some choices for the wines. Since I'm not really familiar with either wine, I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to offer me some advice?
The two wines (red) are Corbieres Moulin St. Jean and B.P. de Rothschild (I don't have any more info, like year). We're serving a game terrine, guinea-fowl lacquered with acacia honey and a gratin dauphinois, and watercress soup with chervil.
Any help would be much appreciated!
