EASY MICROWAVE ZUCCHINI:

3 Small assorted (green & yellow) zucchini
1 Small onion
Butter or olive oil
Grating cheese
Salt & pepper
Any of your favorite herbs or spices

Take a medium covered glass or ceramic baking dish. Slice squash in thick slices, and onion into thin slices. Arrange in dish, dot with butter or sprinkle with oil, grate on your favorite Italian grating cheese, and season. Cover and nuke for twelve minutes (four minutes each in three different positions).
