We are hosting a dinner where we will be serving quail with rice, asparagus, and green beans. We have our favorite wines, although we are looking for a type of wine that would accent this meal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, if you have a specific wine you would recommend, even better. We will be serving approximately 150 people and would like to select a wine that is $20 or below.

In addition and in response to Bucko's comments. It is prepared Southernly. I apologize for my lack of intellect into southern cooking but this is the best I can do. We are not actually preparing the meal. My wife and I are food and wine snobs, but do lack the intestinal fortitude to ask the chef what their recipe is. I'm originally from the Midwest and thought southern dining consisted of grits and pigs feet. Obviously I was not only wrong but ignorant. Again, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
