Most of the wedding receptions that I have worked have been mid-sized to large garden type affairs for the well-to-do. Typically these people prefer to pick out their own wines. You would not believe ( or maybe you would) the cheap stuff that these people buy and want served. They certainly can afford better if they wanted to have it. They either don't know better or don't seem to care.
