Hi,

Prosecco better than Champagne and Cava?
We just try severals sparkling wine and we discover:
Carpene Malvolti Cuvee Brut (Prosecco-di-conegliano)

This light sparkling wine has a nose of green apple and white flowers. On the palate, it is nicely structured with well-defined and straightforward flavors. The mouth is dominated by green apple, followed by light vegetal hints.

In Montreal it's affordable (cheaper than Champagne)
