NV Duval-Leroy...and lots of it

back in february, a vintage duval-leroy was one of the sparklers to start off a night of killer wines. the theme was bordeaux at least 10 years old (included lots of 82s and 89s). i fell in love with the stuff. i'm almost positive this was the blanc de chardonnay, and i've been looking for it from this particular year ever since. absolutely worth seeking out. my sparse TN...

1996 Duval-Leroy: WOW. toast right out of the toaster. remarkable complexity and mouthfeel. very long finish. stunning. 94 points.
