I have just come back home from the UK. I spent 6 days in London at the JW Marriot Grosvener House. Nice place and the Executive Lounge serves Champagne for Happy Hour....So I'd park myself there with my colleagues for a couple of hours each day. Probably consumed a bottle of the stuff each day (in addition to other things and the yummy finger food before going out to dinner)....

Wine is very clean, zippy, some tropical fruits, and nothing overtly complex. Simple easy drinking which lead to drinking a lot of it..... this err...habit... that I've not adjsuted to just might become a daily (or at least once a week) thing at home. It was so pleasant.....

Now if only I can get rid of the jet lag.......
