Champagne is one of three regions in France I have not visited--yet.

l'eonotheque? I didn't know the French used that term. Like Italian enoteca; I could never figire out why they don't call it vinoteca, since eno refers to the Greek and vino to the latin.

Did you know the word "wine" stems from a semitic language that pre-dates Greek? Now that's interesting.
