Just been out, few beers - one of those non-wine nights, and i was dragged into a debate (in which I personally did see it as a debate..being right myself)

Statement: 'Mate, its not Mo-et (someone rah i'd just met with some mates commenting on me talking about Moet) its Mo-ey - everyone knows that'

He sounded patronising and sharp, as if i was stupid, and, it aroused a volley of laughs from his mates. I would of shrugged this off, but, he did say 'everyone knows that'

A debate followed, and he got up to leave saying 'your wrong, blah blah blah, my father has a cellar and he says Mo-ey'

I said 'So he must be right then'

he said 'You're calling my Father a liar'

I said 'no, i'm calling him wrong'

with that he said 'F**k off' and left.

I admit, I was slightly snobbish at the end, but, to pull a cliche out of the bag, 'he started it!'

oh, btw if anyone ever comes to North England - the people, mostly, are lovely just misinformed.

Over and out
