Joseph Perrier NV
Cuvee Royale

Pale straw. Lots of tiny bubbles in tight streams. Strong yeasty/bready aromas with the same on the palate. Good length to the finish. Medium/full body. Great bottle for 22 bucks.

My wife is quite cute when I announce I have champagne...she asks if I got "the good stuff" refereing to the NV Pol Roger. Oh well, I will keep trying new champagnes till I find another one she really likes.
