Popped this tonight with Maryland steamed shrimp, smoked salmon, steamed crisp veggies (asparagus, squash and grape tomatoes).

Francois Montand, Blanc de Blanc, sparkling wine. Apples and cream desert on the nose. Crisp opening with yeast, cream, apple/lemon/mineral flavors that linger long and finish with a slight bitter component. Very nice and bought on recommendation from my wine guy for $10.
