Wine and Thai Food

Me, Again. I was reading some of the posts and realized you might need more detail of the meals.

Mostly we serve: Egg drop or hot n sour soup with flaky noodles, Thai Salad W/ Peanut Sauce, Crab Ragoon and Egg or Spring Rolls, steamed and fried rice, Usually Stir Fry Chicken or Steak with vegetables in an array of different Sauce styles 1) Sweet & Sour 2) Plum Sauce 3) Sweet Ginger 4) Terriaki 5)Duck Sauce

The vegetables and other ingredients vary greatly: carrots, broccoli, zucchini, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, Baby Corn, Red & green Peppers, onions, sesame seeds or whatever else we decide to throw in.

We entertain quite a lot and would love to class it up a bit. Thanks!
