2003 Tinto Figaro Red Wine

100% Garnacha.

Spending several days in Ocean City attending a State wide rehabilitation conference. On my drive down the other day I stopped at Coastal Wine and Spirits which is a very nice, albeit hole in the wall, wine store located on Rt.1, 12 miles above Rehoboth Beach Delaware. Picked this little gem up, along with some others [img]http://205.134.252.108/ubb/biggrin.gif[/img] to try, as I've not seen this label before.
Dark ruby/black in color. Slightly rustic and round in body, dark black cherry flavors with a dark earthy componet that is attractive with hints of tar on the linguring finish. Nice wine for $8. Parker gave it an 87 fwiw. 14.5%Alc/vol.
