Well said, Dan. We're the same way.... we consume several Spanish wines quite frequently but decline to post notes unless there's a change of some sort. Two we're enjoying currently are the Vina Alarba Old Vines Garnacha and the Garnacha de Fuego Old Vines. We've turned friends onto those, and enjoy them at least twice monthly at group gatherings. They've become staples, so I choose not to post the same notes over and over again, changing only the foods with which they're paired.
