Hi James, and welcome to the Wine Board. Thirty two years is a long time for a Rioja, even a Rioja Riserva, to go; even with ideal storage conditions. It very well may be still be stunning, but I wouldn't guarantee it. Therefore the drinking option is preferable to trying to peddle it on E-Bay. When you do open it, you might want to have a newer one in reserve; just in case.
