What wine? My friend seems to have an allergic reaction to red wines that she doesn't have drinking white wines (is there a difference in the histamine level depending on the alcohol level--I know rieslings tend to have a lower percentage of alcohol than most red wines) I was thinking a pinot noir or rose might match the chicken and cranberry better that a white wine but in deference to my friend's allergies, I may end up with a riesling or gewurztraminer.
