Gary, I don't know if I can help but here goes....

Demi-sec - Champagne brut's effusive cousin. This semi-dry, celebratory sweet Champagne lends a giddy fizz to fabulous food. Produced chiefly from Pinot Noir grapes carefully ripened to a pleasing sweetness on the hillsides of the Champagne region.

Still Demi-Sec Vouvray Fine yellow with a delicate green hue True Chenin Blanc of flowery style with a fine aromatic intensity Full fruit taste of green apples which will evolve into prunes and pears Excellent balance between acidity, sweetness and alcohol Long finish.

Sec - A French term meaning dry; it is usually applied to sparkling wines that contain a small but detectable amount of sugar. The wine is less dry than Brut but drier than Demi-sec.

All I can provide is definitions of demi-sec....sorry.

Drew
