I hear from port experts that 1999 was a spectacular vintage, and after tasting Offley 1999 LBV, I concur, at least from that producer. So your 99 should be wonderful.

The 1999 LBV that seems to have gotten the highest accolades is my very own favorite producer: Niepoort.
