I'll second Quady's, their Starbord is very nice, as are most of their dessert style wines.

If you enjoy Tawny port, several of the large Aussie houses make good examples for well under $20. I really like Benjamin Tawny Port & Penfolds Reserve Tawny, both come in around $12-$15 here. Yalumba Antique Tawny ($14-375ml) is very good indeed.
Besides their Reserve Penfold's releases a slightly younger/lighter Tawny Port($11), and a couple of older 'Grandfather' examples that are out of my price range. I'm sure they're tasty.

Hardy's has "Whiskers Blake" ($14), quite nice. Yalumba "Clocktower" ($10) is also good. There's usually a bottle of Clocktower, Benjamins and/or Penfolds on the shelf around here. Come to think of it, Yalumba may have sold their Clocktower brand in the past year or two, I no longer see their name on the label.
