Tried this last night after a bunch o' overpriced Italian wines. Probably better than the '94 if that's possible. Last time I tasted it, it was locked up really tight and very angular and disjointed. It's come together quite a bit since then, and absolutely oozes blackberry fruit along with hints of dark chocolate. Even ENOPHILE liked it, and when two palates as disparate as his and mine agree, the wine's
gotta be good.
