You could but usually Auslese or a higher harvest category would be better as a dessert wine. Your bottle might show better as an accompaniment to a salad with citrus or acid based dressing or appetizers of cheese, smoked fish, raw or cooked seafood etc. I've included a link to help explain the German harvest ratings.
