Just had a half-case delivered to the house from www.evineyard.com.

Non-vintage from Horton Vineyards in Virginia. Made from a diverse group of red grapes: 32% Mourvedre, 27% Carignan, 25% Syrah, 5% Tinto Cao, 5% Touriga Nacional, 3% Tannat, 1% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec and 1% Nebbiolo.

Not cheap, but not expensive at $12.50 a bottle.

Plenty of spicy aroma, plenty of fruit (but certainly not cloying) with soft tannins this is a most enjoyable wine.
