'94 Indigo Hills Zin

Had a few in the cellar. Clear black ruby, needed 1 hour of breathn' to coax the nose of black zinberry, vanilla and some earthy components. Like flavors with a long finish w/drying tannins. Paired well with spicy bbq chicken and cuban black beans and rice. Not a great zin but good aged flavors elevated an average zin to "good" status. 13.5% alc/vol. $6.99 on sale.
