The Pinot Meunier has an odd taste, if used alone to make a sparkling wine. Blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it's fine, but standing alone it would be difficult to pair well with a dessert. I would choose a very dark, bitter chocolate.... or simply an unsweetened pastry with cream and perhaps raspberries.
