Had this one with a tender thigh (chicken's) broiled in that George Forman thingy (it really works good, by the way).

Beautifully developed...may be at its peak, but I think it may see some further development of complexity before going down that other side.

Soft but not spineless...dark cherry fruit, but all kinds of other stuff going on, mostly relating to wood, but some the result of age. Cedar, smoke, char, tar...all subtle in the aftertaste...very long.

George Bursick did good again.
