I believe it was Stevebody who said that Joy would use no new wood if she could but corporate interests think the wine is more "sellable" with the woody influence (or are you the one that said that Bucko?) The sample I had was very good and not too woody but I haven't seen the wine around yet to purchase a bottle. I think some Raleigh-area wine shops may have it. I would like to try the Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend.
