Took mother and daughter out for Mother's Day dinner tonight. Nice restaurant overlooking the water. It was a buffet so I told her to pick out a red. They were all the same price; $21. She said the shiraz will go with just about anything, so we ordered it. Big mistake. It was a McPherson Shiraz which I now know retails for about $6. It tasted just the title of this thread.
