A very nice shiraz in these days when many Oz shiraz are goopy fruit monsters. An elegant and balanced wine with a dark chocolate and dark berry nose. Blackberry and dark cherry flavors intermingle with hints of dark, semi-sweet chocolate. Food friendly, pair this with roasts, steaks and stews. 14% Alc/vol. $12.
