I had the 389 tonight. I aired it out for about three hours before I could get a handle on it. Very strong tannins. But there is plenty of fruit there. Once the tannins soften this is going to be a joy to drink. 60%/40% cab to shiraz. about 14% alcohol. I could detect the cassis and oak taste through the tannins. It was dark purple in color; I could not see through it. You can paint with this wine right now. I'll buy 4 or 5 more bottles of this at 10% discount plus a $10 off coupon which will bring it down below $20 per. Best buy in two years is my uneducated guess. I'll store one at room temperture and try it this winter.
