Finally popped the cork on the 95' Lindeman's Cabernet Sauvignon about a week ago, and it held up well.... behaved as I expected, maybe even better. The longer the air hit it, the better it got. I don't know that I will make it a point to age any of these again in the future, but if I happen to have some in the cellar that I forget about for a while, I won't worry about them turning on me. I think it is safe to say they should be able to hold up for 5 to 10 years without worry.
