Jansz Premium NV Rose'

A bubbly from Tazmania, pale bronze in color, nice mousse. Color reminds me of scuppermongs, and palate shows hint of that also; have no idea if that grape is grown in Oz. A bit sweet on the palate, yet still crisp enough to handle chicken tortilla soup. $13.89 at Costco and 12.5% alc/vol. Won't be stocking much due to the overly fat-butt bottle shape, which my racks don't handle well at all.
