Welcome to the Board Randy. Are you sure it isn't Wart Hog? That is an African game animal.

If that is it, I would match it with a fully bodied Pinot Noir from California or Oregon.

It is really is groundhog, a lot would depend on how it was being prepared. A medium weight Red Zinfandel would probably work. Consult your retailer for exact brands.
