Deep ruby with an intriguing nose of black fruita,cardamon, sweet basil, and a hint of black plums. So far I've had this sucker with my favorite cheese dip, (receipe will follow, leftover Rib-Eye steak, and Chicken/Turkey sausage with basil and sun-dried tomatoes and it sings.
