I am basking in legumes and green veggies with no meat. (But I do cheat once a week, or so.) I've lost 34 lbs since this past winter and am now down to a respectable 216 on my way to the desired 190.

However, MY DAMN PANTS DON'T STAY UP ANYMORE!! (Which is something you probably don't need to know about.)
