Thought about the MV all day today. Got out a pound of ground sirloin this morning. Then found farm fresh Brussels sprouts at the farmers' market at noon. Got home and mixed up the meat with grated onion, chopped walnuts, minced garden herbs, egg, wine, olive oil & garlic (Foodie), and seasonings including some ground caraway seed. Grillpanned it. Pressure cooked the sprouts and doused them with butter, and had all with the barbera. Wonderful.
