Pale yellow not particularly intense colour. Delicate nose enriched by flowers, tropical fruit and typical nut flavour fuse gently together.
On the palate the wine is a perfect food-matcher thanking its refreshing and delightful acidity.

This new winery do not produce from its own vineyards since they buy grapes from small farmers. They follow them givin' istructions on how produce high quality... and they successfully did!
